H.E. Mr. Tamás Sulyok, President of the Hungarian Constitutional Court, paid an official visit to Thailand at the invitation extended by H.E. Mr. Nurak Marpraneet, President of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, in the second week of January 2020.

H.E. Mr. Sulyok held a bilateral meeting with his Thai counterpart at the Constitutional Court in Bangkok. Both sides discussed extensively on the ways to enhance the cooperation between the two institutions and exchanged experiences on the constitutional judiciary. The two Presidents signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation through the implementation and development of joint programs and activities.

In his presentation, held at the School of Law of National Institute of Development Administration in Bangkok H.E. Mr. Sulyok provided an introduction about the structure and decision-making process of the Hungarian Constitutional Court.
