Deputy State Secretary Szilveszter Bus attended Thaifex and held negotiations with Thai partners

H. E. Szilveszter Bus, deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary attended the opening ceremony of Thaifex in Bangkok where he met the representatives of the organisers, the Ministry of Commerce and the Thai Chamber of Commerce.

Mr Szilveszter Bus paid a courtesy call on H. E. Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak, exchanged views on bilateral economic and trade relations with H. E. Nuntawan Sakuntanaga, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce and met Mr Kalin Sarasin, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand.

The 15th edition of Thaifex, the largest F&B trade event in the region which attracted 55 000 visitors last year, is taking place between 29th May and 2nd June 2018.

Like in previous years there is Hungarian participation among the 2500 exhibitors from 40 countries this year, offering well-known and ever popular Hungarian premium products duck and goose liver (foie gras).
