On 3rd of October, 2019 Mr. Uttama Savanayana Thai Finance Minister received Ambassador Szilveszter Bus, Ambassador. During the meeting the parties introduced their countries’ economic situation, aspirations and revealed a number of similarities between the two countries in the field of economic policy. The outstanding economic performance of Hungary and the fact that Thailand has the second largest market in the ASEAN region, furthermore Thailand became Hungary’s number one trading partner in South East Asia, provides a remarkable basis for further cooperation and for tightening the trade-business strings.
The Ministry of Finance expressed its interest in the Hungarian cash register technology and the opportunities it can provide in the bilateral cooperation.
