Ambassador dr. Sándor Sipos together with the governor of Phuket, Sophon Suwannarat and honorary consul of Hungary, Thanusak Phungdet officially inaugurated the Honorary Consulate of Hungary. Following the opening ceremony, a gala dinner was hosted where guests had the chance to try the famous Hungarian Fisherman’s soup and pork chop in Budapest style prepared by the chef Ádám Thür from the restaurant of Ikon in Debrecen with a rich variety of special Hungarian wine. Hungary is present not only in Chiang Mai but in Phuket officially.
