Signature of the Educational and Scientific Exchange Programme between the Kingdom of Thailand and Hungary
The Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Thailand H. E. Mr. Teerakiat Jareonsettasin and the Hungarian Ambassador representing the Ministry of Human Capacities of Hungary signed the Educational and Scientific Exchange Programme between Hungary and Thailand in the Ministry of Education on 12 October 2017.
Hungary signed a new tied aid loan agreement with Laos
The Governments of Hungary and the Lao PDR signed an intergovernmental agreement on a new tied aid loan program worth of US$ 160 million in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary.

The Embassy of Hungary participated at an event organized by the Ministry of Culture on the occasion of National Thai Language Day
On the occasion of National Thai Language Day a ceremony was organized by the Ministry of Culture at the Main Hall of Thailand Cultural Center in Bangkok on 27 July 2017. Upon the invitation of the Ministry of Culture our Embassy produced a short video clip expressing our respect for the Thai language and culture as well as demonstrating the importance of the use of Thai language during the daily work of our mission.
